If you buy access to paid editor features, you receive a one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use those features for your own lawful business, educational, or personal purposes.

This license is for use of the software features only. It does not transfer ownership of the Site, source code, branding, templates, or underlying technology.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid editor access is sold as a one-time purchase unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.

• You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges.
• Payments are processed by third-party processors and are subject to their terms.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the editor outputs you create, including for personal, educational, or commercial use, as long as your use is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, or share paid editor access
• copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Site
• remove attribution, notices, or watermarks we place on exports
• use the Site in ways that interfere with platform security or performance

6. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of content you submit or create. You grant wordsearchprints.com a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Site.

You represent that you have all rights needed for the words, images, and other materials you submit.

7. Platform Ownership

All software, tools, templates, editor functionality, designs, and site content (excluding User Content) are owned by wordsearchprints.com and protected by intellectual property laws.
